Pricing — One Subscription for the Web, Separate One-Time Apps per Platform
Ingantt is sold two ways, and they are genuinely two different purchases. Ingantt for Web is a subscription: a 7-day free trial with every feature unlocked, then $7.99 per user per month, or $71.88 per user per year billed annually. The Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS apps are one-time paid purchases, bought per platform in that platform's store. A store purchase does not include Ingantt for Web, and the trial and subscription prices below do not apply to it.
What Is Included, and What Is Not
Every Feature, Every Plan
There is no feature-gated tier. Critical Path Method, resource leveling, 11 baselines, 13 Earned Value columns, all 10 views, AI plan generation, and MS Project and Primavera import are in the trial and in the subscription alike.
AI Plan Generation, No Separate Subscription
AI plan generation is included in the price — no separate AI plan, no token limits, and no per-plan fee. Projects are unlimited.
Storage Is Your Own Google Drive
Project files live in your Google Drive, under your own permissions and version history. There is no storage tier to buy here, and no project data is stored on Ingantt's servers.
Import and Export Are Not Add-Ons
Opening .MPP, MPT, MPX, MS Project XML, Primavera P6 XER and PMXML, and CSV is part of the subscription, as is exporting to MS Project XML, PDF, PNG, CSV, YAML, and Markdown.
The Store Apps Are Bought Separately
Ingantt for Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS are one-time paid purchases in their own stores. Each is bought per platform, the price is the one shown on that store listing, and none of them include Ingantt for Web.

It starts with a 7-day trial that unlocks every feature and needs no credit card. Web is also the current build, so it is where the feature set described across this site applies in full.
The platform apps are one-time paid purchases, sold per platform. Ingantt for Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS are bought once in Google Play, the App Store, the Mac App Store, and the Microsoft Store respectively, at the price shown on that listing. They are separate purchases from each other and from the web subscription: buying the Android app does not give you the Windows app, and it does not give you Ingantt for Web.
Two consequences are worth stating rather than leaving to be discovered. The 7-day trial and the subscription prices on this page apply to Ingantt for Web only — they are not a trial of the store apps. And the Android app and the web app are the current builds, while Windows, macOS, and iOS are older builds with their own older behaviour and their own documentation, so a feature that exists on the web is not automatically in the app a store visitor is about to buy.
